Therefore, and as a public statement of our organisation's commitment in this area, all staff, regardless of their role, will be clearly identified with these principles and involved in achieving the objectives set.\u00a0<strong>Quality Policy\u00a0<\/strong>Grupo Lacasa is aware of the need to meet the needs and expectations of our customers and consumers by manufacturing in accordance with the specified requirements and fulfilling the service offered. Grupo Lacasa's Quality Policy is inspired by:\u00a0<strong>Basic Principles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compliance with food safety throughout the entire process.<\/li>\n<li>Conservation of the environment, preserving the resources and energy set out in its Environmental Policy.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with legal requirements, food defence and food fraud risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commitments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous improvement of processes and products in order to increase the competitiveness and quality of existing processes, products and\/or services, monitoring the production indicators that affect product quality.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement and motivation of staff, providing the necessary training at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Food safety is one of the Group's basic principles, aligned with the most demanding management systems in the sector, and committing to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our products and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a relationship of honesty with its customers, as well as collaborating altruistically with organisations and NGOs.<\/li>\n<li>Producing products with approved suppliers in accordance with purchasing and food fraud requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Reducing the generation of waste, in particular packaging and emissions.<\/li>\n<li>Not using ingredients and\/or additives that are, or are derived from, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and transparent management of allergens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objective:\u00a0<\/strong>To achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement in the quality, innovation and service of our products at competitive prices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lucas Lacasa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>General Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of our processes, products and services is essential to the sustainable development of GRUPO LACASA.
